Please utilize this space to submit your maintenance request. All priority maintenance will be addressed as soon as possible. Priority maintenance includes heat issues, sewage problems or water leaks.
Any other maintenance issues will be dispatched to our subcontractors as deemed fit.
Our office will contact you 24 hours before a maintenance man is able to come out unless it is priority maintenance, at which time they will be dispatched and arrive as immediate as possible.
Please note that if any maintenance that is not general wear and tear and is deemed the result of any tenant misuse, is the obligation of the tenant and will be paid by the tenant in full upon invoice. You are welcome to call the office for direction on how to handle any issue during our office hours.
